Ordering & Shipments:
All orders are subject to 1 day processing time and availability of stock.
In the event of a produce selection being out of stock, we uphold an obligation to ship the back order product the same or next available shipping day when stock reaches our facility. Back orders are at times subject to manufacturer supply or production timing, in extreme circumstances product may take 2-3 weeks for delivery to our facility. Orders containing back ordered items will no longer partially shipped, the entire order will ship when complete to reduce likelihood of errors in processing.
Any order cancellations or requests to change orders prior to shipping, regardless of reason, are subject to a $5 charge for processing.
By placing any order with Retro-Solutions, LLC through the web store or any other means or portal, you hereby authorize Retro-Solutions to ship with United States Postal Service under the terms and conditions described under these policies. All products over 13oz. in weight and shipped domestically, regardless of elected shipping option, carry full insurance.
Most products ship USPS priority mail within the US. For non-US customers, most products will ship first class international or priority international mail. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and restrictions. Please notice First Class International mail does not carry the option for insurance or tracking, and delivery times can vary. USPS priority mail (domestic) is described as an average of 2-3 day delivery, however the post office does not guarantee any set delivery times. International delivery times vary depending on country, most esitmates are 5-10 days for Priority Mail and Express (EMS) mail rates with exception to customs clearance delays. International First Class rates may take 2 or more weeks for delivery, there are not set time frames for this service. All products under 13oz. in weight domestically, and 4 lbs. (1.8kg) internationally, with First Class rates selected are not insured, are not traceable, and there is no guarantee of delivery times. Retro-Solutions, LLC bears no responsibility for lost or stolen items or delivery times based on customer shipping selections.
All international shipments are restricted to delivery at a verified billing address. A verified billing address is defined as verifiable by creditor's or card issuing bank's records or PayPal confirmed address.
Returns due to incorrect addresses or incorrect address formatting are subject to additional shipping charges once corrected. Buyers are responsible for supplying correct address and recipient information at time of purchase, we can not guarantee ability to change recipient or address information before processing and/or shipping. Any request for change of address before shipping, regardless of reason, is subject to a $5 processing fee.
Retro-Solutions, LLC is not responsible for errors in delivery, theft, or delays caused by the United States Postal Service. Signature requirements, identification authorization, restrictions and carrier discretion are the sole responsibility of the US Postal Service and are in no way influenced or dictated by Retro-Solutions, LLC.
Product Returns:
If you unsure about a product's features, specifications, or warranty please ask before purchase, we are happy to help you out.
Authorized returns are subject to inspection and our discretion should the equipment bear evidence of tampering or abuse.
Please note that whenever possible we will work with our customers to help in instances where the wrong product is ordered or compatibility issues specific to an application are not immediately apparent. Retro-Solutions LLC and its partners are not responsible for determining the application, application specifics, possible restrictions, or required add-on and fixes of product installations, these are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns are only accepted when there is an error in shipping or delivery of wrong product due to our error. Any product clearly labeled in a specific application as ordered is only returnable unopened and unused with a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs within 7 days or arrival. Once opened or used, products are only covered by their warranty as we do not sell used equipment.
Warranty Coverage:
Specifics of coverage are as follows per individual equipment descriptions below. Warranty coverage is the same, however length or limitation in coverage are specified in each product's store link.
Ballasts:
Coverage of the product against any manufacturing defects or changes in operating condition rendering product incapable of performing its functions as intended. Coverage is limited to defects not caused by abuse, miss-use, acts of nature, accidents, use outside of unit specifications, use of product on non-conforming vehicle/system or use of the product other than intended. Vehicle related issues arising from connectivity or supply power issues resulting in engagement of product shutdown or other safety features are not covered as manufacturing defect.
Bulbs:
Coverage of the product against any manufacturing defects or changes in operating condition rendering product incapable of performing its functions as intended. Coverage is limited to defects not caused by abuse, miss-use, acts of nature, accidents, use outside of unit specifications, use of product on non-conforming vehicle/system or use of the product other than intended. Color variances between bulbs paired together in kits at anytime are covered under warranty. Bulbs naturally diminish and change color very slowly with use as occurs by natural process, therefore uniform changes in intensity and color over time are not covered under warranty.
Other Materials:
Any materials used for packaging and/or shipping are not covered under any warranty, including cases, foam padding, covers, etc. Items in print, publications, flyers, coupons, endorsements, etc. are not covered under warranty. Items of installation such as screws, plastic fasteners, bolts, and nylon ties are not covered under warranty. Bulb adapters are not covered under warranty except for breakage occurring during installation directly related to manufacturing defect only. Wiring is covered under warranty within 30 days of receipt with exception to any modifications made before or after sale.
Related items:
Any items not provided by Retro-Solutions directly are not covered under any warranty.
Payments:
We take fraud and internet commerce very seriously, and we do so to protect our customers and those people that may be the victims of theft. For these very reasons, Retro-Solutions LLC reserves the right to hold payments, inquire about personal records for the purpose of identification only, or limit the options of delivery for any credit/debit payments suspected of fraud through industry leading prevention filters. Any orders for which credit/debit payments require verification of statement billing address can only be shipped to the verified address of the issuing company, no exceptions without proof from public records will be made. We reserve the right to restrict delivery to verifiable addresses on any order, at any time, in our discretion.
Any payments returned, credited, made available under charge-backs or dispute resolutions by any third and fourth party companies, when in violation of Retro-Solutions, LLC policies, are subject to reporting for delinquency and collections regardless of reason.
