Shipping:
All shipments are made from US. Domestic shipments are sent First Class Mail or Express Mail only for all orders under 13 ounces in weight, over 13 ounces are shipped Priority Mail. US orders can expect deliveries in 2-3 days. International shipments are available by First Class International Mail, or Priority International. First class mail may take 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on country, priority mail is 5-10 days* (*does not include customs processing).

Warranty:
Lifetime warranty term covers LED bulb from failure of any kind under normal operating conditions except for those LED bulbs used in head lamp fixtures. Buyer is responsible for providing faulty part for inspection and replacement upon request. Upon confirmation of faulty part, any replacement parts are issued to the buyer as soon as humanly possible. Buyer is responsible for shipping to and from Retro-Solutions, LLC in the event of return for warranty claim. Policies:

You can return the product or any agreed portion of the product for exchange within 7 days of delivery if we ship the wrong application or color. Occasionally people make mistakes and order the wrong application, in which case we will work with you to remedy the issue as fast as possible. We do not offer refunds on any used equipment that is not covered under warranty. We do not sell used equipment, so once it has been used, marked, defaced, or made incomplete we can not offer any refunds. Please test equipment on vehicle application carefully before full installation for this reason specifically. Any refunds are at our sole discretion and returned product is subject to inspection for damage, completeness, and operation. Auction shipping costs are not granted as part of refunds under any circumstances. All shipping charges for product returns are the responsibility of the customer.
