| INDICATION:
1) For use with signal lamps, to prevent increased rate of flashing sometimes referred to as "hyper-flash"
2) For use with some newer vehicles with computer monitored bulb-out indicators that trigger "bulb out" warnings HOW TO USE:
One load resistor per bulb is used to prevent hyper-flash or bulb-out indication. The supplied tap is placed over the positive (+) wire for the bulb or the positive (+) wire for the brighter element of the bulb in combination park/brake/turn lamps. The supplied ring terminal is placed to chassis ground location. CAUTIONS:
Pertaining to the use of load resistors for park, brake, or combination lamps only. Resistors when in use will become hot. Do not handle before giving ample time to cool off. It is recommended to install resistors directly to metal frame of vehicle for use as a heat sink and mount away from any plastics or materials that may melt. Each order inlcudes:
- 2x 50w 6 ohm load resistor in aluminum frame
- 2x wire taps (no cutting, no splicing, no soldering)
- attached wired leads and ring terminals for easy hook up
